I have been baking !
I have enjoyed making Victoria Sandwich cakes , assorted cup cakes , sponge cakes and Summer fruit cakes .
Here are some of the cakes which I made in the past months.
1. Sandwich fruit cake
Decorated with a Marbled fondant design.
2. Sponge cakes decorated with butter cream icing and piped roses.
3. Heart-shaped Sandwich cake - decorated with fondant icing and tiny flower paste blossoms . It is huge!
4. Star- gazer Lily petals , carnations , beaded blossoms and other piped hand - made sugar flowers .
