Wishing you Happy , Sweet Days Ahead !

I made this celebration cake recently.
It is a rich fruit cake covered with mint-green fondant.
It is excellent as a dessert.
Three or four layers of this ; decorated with assorted sugar flowers and placed on ornate bases and pillars would make a beautiful wedding cake .

Decorate the cake sides and top with a crimper and Garland Lace Embossers.
Then pipe on scrolls ,grooves and shells on top edge and around the base with royal icing .

Complete the decoration by affixing a cluster of sugar roses , mimosa and leaves for the cake top .

Serve and enjoy!
