This one is a strawberry sandwich cake covered with butter cream icing , decorated with a feathered
red / white design made from run-out icing and straw berry jam.
The cake top was decorated with a marbled leaves centre piece and fresh strawberries
The top edge and base were decorated with multi- coloured piped icing sugar crolls and fresh strawberries.
- Sugar leaves designed and cut out from marbled floristry sugar paste .
